Production Process
It's no surprise that the secret to high quality rotors is in the production process. We have over 30 years of manufacturing experience for North American and European markets with over 90% of our products sold in these regions to partners such as Brembo, Centric, Autozone and Disc Brakes Australia.
An excellent rotor starts with an excellent mold. We have our own mold manufacturing workshop utilizing high quality mold machines imported from Taiwan Youjia Technology. Even if it's a new rotor that hasn't been made before, we have the capability to create new product lines with speed and accuracy.
Fully automated Japanese Sinto casting lines make the backbone of our rotor production process. These top of the line Sinto machines precisely control every small aspect of the casting process from maintaining consistent pouring time of molten material into the molds to managing the cooling rate and time of the molten rotors.
To ensure we meet production quality standards, an extensive QAQC process is applied. The tensile strength of the rotors are machine tested, dimensional inspections are checked by Hexagon coordinate measuring machines and Marposs dimensional gauging system, and chemical compositions checked by OBLF spectrometers to ensure compliance.
In the final stages, German Schenck machines are then used to balance the rotors to reduce vibration during braking, which increases the service life of the rotors as well as all other attached components. Dedicated painting lines apply our Geomet corrosion resistant coating. And the rotors are cleaned and packed for shipping.
