Return Policy and Eligibility for Dealerships, Service Centres and Retailers
We believe a hassle free process and continuing partnership with our customers. Whether there was an issue with our products or you simply ordered the wrong part, we will pick up the product the next time we deliver to your location.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery or within the Pacer Dynamic’s warranty period coverage
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
Return Process and Fees for Dealerships, Service Centres and Retailers
To initiate a product return, please contact our customer support team through business@pacerdynamics.com.
- Submission and Review: You must provide the relevant invoice or purchase order details, a clear reason for the return, and any supporting documentation, such as images or videos showcasing the product's condition. Upon receiving a return request, our team will review the information provided. If the return is deemed eligible, we will pick up the product the next time we deliver to your location.
- Inspection and Acceptance: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. If the product is found to be in compliance, we will process a return claim and deduct the refund amount off the upcoming invoice.
- Restocking Fee: In certain cases, a restocking fee may be applied for returned products, especially if the return is not due to an error on our part. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount or credit issued.
